Owners of TA Toolbox LLC

RACHEL KAUFMAN & JANET MILLER

Rachel Kaufman

Rachel is the Co-owner and Course Creator of TA Toolbox. She has years of experience in entrepreneurship. She got the bug in her early 20's, and while completing her Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and leadership Development, she built a million-dollar cleaning business in 3 years, which she sold in 2016 to work as a Butler for an Ultra High Net-Worth Vacation Estate. Rachel is cut out to serve others but isn't really the "employee" type. While working as a butler, she began her career in travel, learning the ropes of group travel management, so she could bring her Event Management experience to the Destination Wedding world. She started her own travel agency in 2020, and since then, has been selling $1-2M annually while working less than 40 hours a week. She created a system in her business that allows her flexibility and a great work/life balance and wants to share that with any and all travel agents struggling to quit their full-time jobs.

Janet Miller

Janet is the Co-owner of TA Toolbox. She received her Bachelor's degree in 1989 and immediately moved into assisting her father with starting his own company. She discovered she enjoyed the corporate world and then gained decades of experience in various support roles, so she knows how the operations, legal, marketing, and communications departments of companies are run. Knowing she wanted to leave the corporate world after her children were grown, Janet started her travel career in 2018 and specializes in honeymoons and curated luxury getaways. Janet partnered with Rachel to start this business after Rachel took Janet on as a mentee. After a few weeks of mentorship with Rachel, Janet began taking on Destination Wedding clients and more Group Trips and hasn't looked back. Working together, they've created a system in their travel businesses that allows them both flexibility and a great work/life balance. They want to share that with any and all travel advisors struggling to quit their full-time jobs and realize their true potential.
